Delete your account.

Your data, your call. Here's exactly how to wipe every trace.

You can delete your account and all associated data directly from within the Dheefit app. The flow is simple and takes under a minute.

How to delete your account

    Open the Dheefit app on your device.

    Navigate to the Profile screen (tap the Profile tab in the bottom nav).

    Scroll down and tap Delete Account (shown in red).
  4. 4
    Select a reason for deletion from the list (required).
  5. 5
    Optionally add feedback about your experience.

    Tap Delete Account to confirm — your account is wiped immediately.

⚠️ This action is permanent

Once you confirm deletion, the following data is permanently removed from our servers and cannot be recovered:

  • Personal information (name, email, phone, profile data)
  • Health and fitness data (steps, workouts, food logs, weight history, water intake)
  • Goals and preferences
  • Account credentials and authentication data

Make sure you want to proceed before confirming.

What happens after deletion

  • Your account is immediately removed from Firebase Authentication
  • All data in Firestore (cloud database) is permanently deleted
  • Local data on your device is cleared
  • You are automatically logged out of the app
  • Deleted data cannot be recovered

If you can't delete your account from the app, email us directly — we'll handle it for you.

  • Your account email address
  • A request for account deletion
  • A reason (optional)

We process requests within 7 business days.
